Interested in burlesque, but you’re not quite ready to jump off into the deep end into public performance? Then try this basic how-to class that combines a great workout with mini-routines aimed at having fun, finding your “sexy place”, and getting in shape. In this class, students will learn how to incorporate elements of hip-hop dance within the context of the sensual allure of the striptease. The class will participate in a warm-up exercise focused on basic jazz and hip-hop technique and then learn short combinations to popular hip-hop and hip-hop influenced songs. No nudity is required for this class.
